This charming beach house is built for unplugging. Start your mornings with coffee and dolphins, spend your afternoons barefoot on the sand, and end your days watching fiery Gulf sunsets from the observation deck. Grill up dinner on the open-air porch, then drift into hammock mode on the screened porch while the waves do their thing in the background.

The beach is just steps away, and inside you’ll find cozy Florida heart pine that gives the home that warm, classic Old Florida feel. Two sets of sliding glass doors open everything up to the screened porch and sun deck, letting those Gulf breezes roll straight through. High ceilings and an open floor plan keep the whole place bright, airy, and welcoming.

Getting here is part of the adventure — book the water taxi, bring your own boat, or rent one and cruise in. If you’re bringing your own boat, you’ll have access to the community dock (22 ft max, one boat per household). It’s also a great spot for fishing or catching sunrise views over the Boca Grande Causeway.

The home sits next to a shared beach access used only by island guests, so it stays quiet and private — no crowded public beach vibe here.
