This charming 3-bedroom, 3-bath coastal retreat is made for memory-making. Sip something cold on the screened porch overlooking the bay, rinse off sandy toes in the outdoor shower, or tie up at your private dock (fits boats up to 24 ft) and head straight from water to relaxation mode.

The main home features an open living, dining, and kitchen space perfect for gathering after a day in the sun, plus two comfy bedrooms (one king, one with two twins). Need more space? The detached bungalow adds two queen beds — perfect for couples, teens, or anyone who wants their own little island hideaway.
