Upstairs, a king loft bedroom gives you that breezy, open island feel. There’s also a super cozy sleeping porch with a queen bed and its own private entrance off the back porch — perfect for someone who wants a quiet little retreat. (It has its own window AC unit, while the rest of the home stays cool with central air.)

Now let’s be honest — if you’re looking for sleek, brand-new, modern everything… this probably isn’t your spot.
