Freshly renovated and tucked away on the super-private north end of Little Gasparilla Island, this beach-view cottage is all about relaxing, unplugging, and living the island life.

Your stay even includes access to a dock slip, plus kayaks and paddleboards — so whether you want to explore the bay, cruise the canals, or just float the day away, you’re set.

The beach is just a short stroll away, and Gulf views steal the show from all over the home. The front screened porch is perfectly positioned to catch those cool Gulf breezes, while the open-air porch is ideal for grilling fresh seafood, soaking up winter sunshine, or kicking back with a drink after a beach day.

Inside, everything feels fresh, bright, and welcoming. The home has been beautifully renovated with a sparkling new kitchen, updated bathrooms, new flooring, new furnishings, and comfy new bedding — giving you that clean, coastal, “walk in and relax” feeling.

Sleeping space is roomy and comfortable for families or small groups:
