Welcome to your playful little slice of island life — a cozy 3-bedroom retreat just steps from the sand on Little Gasparilla Island. This is where flip-flops live by the door, sunsets are a nightly event, and “what time is it?” usually gets answered with “who cares?”

Even though you’re one row back from beachfront, you still get those gorgeous beach views and painted-sky sunsets — just without the crowds. A short stroll down private island beach access and you’re toes-in-the-Gulf in minutes.

Inside, the vibe is easy, comfy, and made for vacation mode. The big sectional is perfect for movie nights, afternoon naps, or piling in after a long beach day. The kitchen bar seats four, making it the unofficial morning coffee hangout or late-night snack station.

One of the best spots in the house? The screened porch.

There’s a dining table for six plus cozy lounge seating — perfect for dinner, card games, or just doing absolutely nothing (which is highly encouraged on LGI).

Downstairs, you’ve got even more outdoor living with a shaded deck hangout space plus an outdoor full bath — clutch for post-beach rinse-offs when you’re covered in sand and salt.

While neighboring homes sit between you and the Gulf, the setting still feels peaceful and private. The shared beach access is only used by other island guests — so no public beach crowds here.

Little Gasparilla is a bridgeless barrier island — no cars, no bridge, no ferry traffic. Just boats and island time.

You’ll arrive by:

• Water taxi

• Rental boat

• Or your own boat

Bringing Your Boat?

You’ll have access to a community dock (24 ft max, 1 boat per household). Great for fishing or sunrise views toward Boca Grande Causeway.

Water Taxi Details:

Park at Eldred’s Marina → Load luggage → Ride over

• $30 one way (up to 2 people)

• $15 each additional person (one way)

• Hours: 8:30 AM – 5 PM (after hours available at higher cost)

• By appointment only

From the dock, it’s about a ¼-mile walk or golf cart ride to the house.
