A Lost Key

Basic (1 shown)Find Your Way to Island Time
The Lost Key is the kind of place families come back to year after year — close enough to the dock for easy arrivals, but perfectly positioned so you can still soak in those beautiful Gulf of Mexico views and total Little Gasparilla peace and quiet.
Adventure is built right into your stay. Guests get use of a tandem kayak and stand-up paddleboards, making it easy to explore the canals, cruise the bay, or just float the afternoon away. When you’re ready for saltwater and sand, the private beach is just a short stroll down a sandy path through the dunes.
The home is smartly designed to make the most of the views, with the main living space upstairs and bedrooms on the first floor — so your mornings and evenings come with big sky, Gulf breezes, and that laid-back island feeling.
Downstairs, there’s also a separate guest apartment with its own half bath — perfect for last-minute guests, teenagers who want their own space, or anyone who loves a cozy little island hideaway. (Just note: it has its own ground-level entrance and isn’t connected to the upstairs interior.)
The home has been fully renovated, including a beautiful new kitchen, plus large screened porches upstairs and downstairs so you can live outside as much as you want — coffee at sunrise, cocktails at sunset, and everything in between.
Sleeping spaces are roomy and comfortable:
- Master suite — King bed, private bathroom, and private screened porch access
- Guest bedroom — Direct access to full bathroom
- Bunk room — Two doubles + one twin (shares full bath)
- Separate guest apartment downstairs — Additional flexible sleeping space
There’s also a convenient half bath upstairs off the kitchen.
A couple quick notes for planning:
The home can sleep up to 10 guests, but base rates cover 6 guests. Additional guest fees help cover extra cleaning and trash service.
Holiday rates apply for:
Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s.
For stays longer than two weeks, a $25/week trash fee is added.
