The big screened porch is made for slow mornings and long evenings, with rocking chairs, bay breezes, and a hammock just waiting for afternoon naps. Downstairs is party central with a full deck, outdoor shower, and outdoor kitchen — perfect for fish fries, sunset dinners, or that “one more drink before bed” moment that somehow turns into two.

Inside, Shine Bay keeps things bright, fresh, and easy. The modern kitchen is ready for everything from pancake breakfasts to fresh seafood feasts. There’s dining for six inside plus porch dining when you want dinner with a water view. The kitchen flows right into the living area, so nobody misses the stories, the game, or the view of the bay and island greenery.

Sleeping is comfy and roomy:

• Upstairs primary bedroom with king bed + private deck access

• Second bedroom with king bed

• Third bedroom with full-size bunk beds (yes, adult-friendly bunk beds)

The home comfortably sleeps 6–8 guests, perfect for families, fishing trips, or friends chasing island time.
