Around here, you park your car, hop the free condo ferry, and five breezy minutes later you’re stepping into full-on island mode.

This is the kind of place where families reconnect, friends laugh louder, and sunset plans automatically make themselves. The community offers boat slips, a fishing dock, a sparkling pool, and a BBQ/smoker area perfect for fresh catch dinners and cold drinks after a beach day. From the screened lanai, you’ll catch Gulf views over the boardwalk and sea oats — and the waves are just a quick sandy-toes stroll away.

Inside, SeaSalt keeps things easy and coastal-cool with beachy décor, comfy bedding, two full bathrooms, a washer and dryer, and a full-size kitchen stocked for anything from pancake breakfasts to seafood feasts. The condo sleeps six comfortably with a king master and two queen beds in the upstairs loft. You’ll have internet (via the Hideaway HOA) and satellite TV — though fair warning, most folks forget the TV even exists once the sunsets start showing off.

Down in the storage garage, you’ll find all the good stuff: beach toys, chairs, umbrella, cart, and a charcoal grill ready for action. Want to roam the island? Golf cart rentals are available. Feeling adventurous? Kayaks can be rented on the mainland before you ferry over.

Since LGI is beautifully wild and store-free, you’ll want to bring groceries with you — but great restaurants and mainland activities are just a quick ferry ride away when you’re ready for a little off-island exploring.

Spend your days wandering white sand paths to local favorites like the island chapel, the gift shop, and Don Pedro Island State Park. With no traffic and no noise, this is Old Florida the way it was meant to be — shells, sand dollars, shark teeth, dolphins cruising by, manatees floating lazy, and birds putting on a morning show while you sip coffee. Evenings? Pure magic sunsets over the Gulf.
