The huge private dock runs the entire width of the property — about 65 feet of prime docking space — with a fish cleaning station ready for the day’s catch. Bring your small to mid-size fishing boat and you’ll have easy, quick access to Placida Bay and the open Gulf. If you’re serious about fishing, it doesn’t get much more convenient than this.

The large screened porch overlooks the canal and out toward the bay — the perfect spot to start your morning with coffee while watching the sunrise glow over Placida Bay. Keep your eyes on the water… you’ll often spot boats cruising by and the occasional laid-back manatee floating through like they own the place. Inside, the home is comfortable, easy, and beach-living practical. The galley kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to whip up fresh-caught dinners or quick beach-day breakfasts. There’s a dining area, a spacious living room for relaxing after long sun days, plus three bedrooms and two full baths — plenty of space for family or fishing buddies.

And when you’re ready to swap rods for flip-flops, the beach is just steps away. Deeded beach access takes you down a sandy path straight to Little Gasparilla’s gorgeous private shoreline.
