It’s made for island living — outdoor dining table, grill for fresh-catch dinners, and even a ping pong table for a little friendly competition after a beach day. Downstairs, there’s an outdoor shower so you can rinse off sand and salt before heading inside (because sand belongs at the beach, not in your sheets).

Inside, the home is bright, crisp, and super comfortable. The large eat-in kitchen is perfect for big pancake breakfasts or late-night snacks, plus you’ve got the porch dining area if you want dinner with a sea breeze. The kitchen flows right into the living area with cozy seating and relaxing views of lush island greenery.

Tech-wise, you’re covered too. There are three TVs throughout the home, plus reliable Starlink internet — perfect for streaming Netflix, catching the game, or sneaking in a little “work from paradise” if you have to.

Boaters will love the optional access to a community dock (additional fee applies, 26 ft length limit), making it easy to bring or rent a boat and explore the surrounding waters.
