If you want to cruise the island like a local, golf cart rentals may be available too (just depends on timing and availability).

Inside, the home is bright, open, and built for easy island living. There are three bedrooms, all with peaceful canal and bay views:

• One bedroom with two twin beds
• Two bedrooms with comfy queen beds
• One queen room also has its own TV

The bathroom has a tub/shower combo, perfect for rinsing off after long beach days.

The kitchen has been newly refreshed with a big island, beautiful stone countertops, and stainless appliances (yes — even a dishwasher, because it’s still vacation). It’s fully stocked with dishes, cookware, and everything you need for beach house meals or sunset snacks.

The open living space has comfy leather sofas, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and big, beautiful Gulf views that make it really hard to leave the couch.

Downstairs you’ll find a full washer and dryer plus an open-air outdoor shower — perfect for rinsing off sand, salt, sunscreen, and whatever treasures you found walking the shoreline.

The beach is just a short stroll down a sandy path winding through sea oats and dunes. At the end? Pure LGI magic — Boca Grande stretching south, and endless turquoise Gulf water as far as you can see.

Honestly, all you need to pack is a swimsuit, flip flops, and maybe a good beach drink recipe.

This cottage has been loved by the same family for over 50 years, and you can feel that history the minute you walk in.
